Oppo recently unveiled its Find X9 series in China, and while global fans are still waiting for the international release, the company has already announced a major collaboration with Google that will bring a range of new AI-driven features to the Find X9 and Find X9 Pro.
In China, the series will feature Oppo’s own Breeno AI assistant, which takes the lead in handling the device’s intelligent functions. However, for the global version, Oppo is working closely with Google Gemini to deliver a deeply integrated AI experience.
One of the most notable additions is the Mind Space app, designed to work seamlessly with Gemini. Users can capture on-screen content using a three-finger swipe, then let Gemini process or act on that saved information.
The upcoming ColorOS 16 update will further expand this integration, offering enhanced Gemini support within Oppo’s built-in apps and introducing tools like Nano Banana AI image editing. The Find X9 lineup also gains a set of smart utilities including AI Search, AI Call Summary, AI Recorder, and AI Writer, all designed to streamline productivity.
Another exciting feature is Gemini Live, which offers real-time visual guidance directly on the screen. To keep user data secure, all AI processes will run through Oppo’s AI Private Computing Cloud, supported by Google Cloud protection.
As an added bonus, Find X9 buyers will receive a complimentary three-month Google AI Pro subscription, allowing them to explore premium AI capabilities right out of the box.
