SHENZHEN / BARCELONA — After its successful debut in China, OPPO has officially confirmed that its next-generation flagship series, the OPPO Find X9 Pro (alongside its sibling the Find X9), will launch globally on October 28, 2025 in Barcelona.
Here’s a breakdown of what we know so far — and why this might be one of the more exciting flagship launches heading toward the Philippines and other global markets.
What We Know So Far
- The series is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 9500.
- On the imaging front, the Find X9 Pro includes a 200 MP telephoto lens co-developed with Hasselblad (as part of OPPO’s “Master Camera System”), pointing to serious zooming capabilities.
- The battery numbers are impressive: ~7,500 mAh for the Pro, and ~7,025 mAh for the standard Find X9, which are big jump from the X8 series.
- Design and display highlight: ultra-thin 1.15 mm symmetrical bezels for both models — 6.59″ panel for the standard X9, 6.78″ for the X9 Pro.
- They will ship with ColorOS 16 based on Android 16.
- Colors: Find X9 in Titanium Grey, Space Black and Velvet Red; Find X9 Pro in Silk White and Titanium Charcoal. Both use matte glass + matte aluminium frames.
With the initial leaked photos taken from the phone, it appears promising. We will wait for our hands-on review before making any conclusions.
