The successor of the Redmi Turbo 4, which launched early this January, won’t wait for its anniversary, but instead it will arrive earlier as soon as next month.

The Redmi Turbo 5 (which might be the POCO X8 Pro) is rumored to have an aluminum metal frame, a humongous 9000+ mAh battery cell, and the same straightforward camera island design as its predecessor. However, the groundbreaking feature would be the in-display fingerprint sensor. If this is indeed true, then this might be one of the few midrange devices (if not the only one) that has an ultrasonic fingerprint scanner.

It’s said to be powered by high-midrange tier power chip offering of Mediatek, the Dimensity 8500 Ultra, which also expected to power the Oppo Reno 15 Pro and Honor Power 2.

It is also expected to come with 100W wired charging. We hope these rumors are true.
